Science and Justice (Scientific Journal)

Science and Justice is a peer reviewed journal now in it’s 50th year of publication and is one of the oldest journals devoted to forensic science in the world.

Online access to Science and Justice is available for all members, through Elsevier, Science Direct, or the FSSoc journal interface (username & password required). Professional members have access to the complete back issue (to 1960) and student and affiliate members have access to articles from 1995 onwards. INTERfaces Newsletter

INTERfaces is the Forensic Science Society’s quarterly newsletter. The aim of INTERfaces is to keep readers up to date with FSSoc developments.

INTERfaces contains articles submitted by members, current FSSoc updates, puzzles and more.

Wiley Book Series

The Forensic Science Society is in collaboration with Wiley publishers to produce two new relevant and exciting book series in forensic science.

The “Developments in Forensic Science” series will deal with cutting edge developments in forensic science and is aimed at experienced practitioners. This series will be launched at the AGM in November with the first book Handbook of Firearms and Ballistics (by Brian Heard). There are various titles in this series currently at proposal stage.

The second book series “Essentials of Forensic Science” is a series of monographs aimed at new and less experienced practitioners as well as police, legal professionals and students.
