Related Forms
In addition to the application form, we recommend you also complete and return a direct debit form, to ensure that future payment of FSSoc fees is quick and easy for you and also a gift aid form, that enables us, as a charity, to reclaim basic rate tax already paid on the donation from HM Revenue & Customs. The gift aid form does not affect your fees at all, and benefits the FSSoc and in turn, the FSSoc members. If you pay higher rate tax and make a donation through Gift Aid you can claim some tax back. Please visit HMRC website for further information. More information on the purpose of these forms can be consulted here.
